Int’l construction technologies conference kicks off in Mashad city
EghtesadOnline: The Fourth International Conference on Modern Construction Technologies started work on Sunday in the northeastern city of Mashad.
The event started with the attendance of Deputy Minister of Road and Urban Development, Governor General of Razavi Khorasan and people active in construction from Iran and 10 foreign countries, according to IRNA.
“The conference is focusing on sustainable development, regulations, policies, strategies, energy resources, consumption management, electrical and mechanical systems, making smart houses, sustainable building, economy, development and sustainable city,” the managing director of Road and Urban Development of Razavi Khorasan province Mohammad Reza Akhavan Abdollahian said.
“Over 1,500 people including mass producers, managing directors of road and urban development, members and heads of construction engineering organizations, 45 faculty members, students and experts in related fields have participated in the event,” he added.
“Representatives from Germany, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Russia, Spain, Sweden, South Korea, Finland, Hungary and Armenia are to teach in the conference workshops,” secretary of the conference said.
